The yearly report is issued by the International research centre for social and economical matters. Iceland receives the grade of 7,9 out of a possible ten. Hong Kong remains at the top of the list, followed by SIngapore, New Zealand, Switzerland and the US. Countries in Africa and South America are at the bottom of the list.
