Kafka's Metamorphosis is being staged at the Lyric Hammersmith Theatre in London to a full house. The production's director is Gísli Örn Garðarsson who also plays the lead; Nína Dögg Filippusdóttir and Ingvar Sigurðsson also act in Metamorphosis. The Evening Standard Awards will be given on November 26th. „Of course it is always good to get such a recognition," said Börkur when Fréttablaðið newspaper got a hold on him. „I received the notification in email and I have to look into it, I still don't know who the other nominees are," explained the set designer, who is now working with the Student Theatre Group on the set design of a production that will be staged at the Reykjavik City Theatre on 24th of November.
